The Piano Man

My thirteen year old brother Mark is simply amazing...we always knew he was a genius ever since he was born! Basically anything he tries out he is INCREDIBLE at but I think he is meant to be a musician! He is seriously amazing in that he can basically pick up any song that he hears! I was upstairs a couple days ago and thought one of the kids had turned on Coldplay...but all of a sudden it switched to an unknown key and it ended up being Mark! Holy Cow!! Here are some of his best songs... that he just picked up on his own just by listening to the songs... he can't read music.

Sorry for the lack of posting!! After babysitting for my family for 6 days and then catching up from that and being out of town for 18 days I am finally getting back into the flow of things!!! :)

Oh my goodness!!! He's amazing! I am totally jealous of people like that. I took piano lessons for 12 years, and I guess I got "OK" at it. But I ALWAYS used music. My brother got the "pick it up as you go" part, because he's just as good and NEVER practices.

Go Mark!!

You know that he has perfect/absolute pitch right? It's something that you're born with and musicians kill to have. Haha. I'm also born with it ... helps a lot! :)

Wow! V-e-r-y impressive! I have played the piano for 8 years and it took me a couple of years at least to be able to play anything that good! (and I had music of course!) He's really got a gift!

I have a question: Why is he playing notes in treble clef w/ his left and bass clef notes w/ his right??? That's trippy!

PS>> I miss you!!

Sarah, to answer your question, I guess that Macbook Pro cameras are mirrored on the sepia effect on Photobooth. :)

Question not related to post. I like how your photos are big. How do you make them that way. Second, is your blog template one that is under the defaults in blogger. Please help. Thanks.

Hey Joanna!
Good question as far as the blog! :) My template is actually the default(simple) one and I've just edited to pieces! LOL! There is a place where you can upload a picture header instead of text...so I did that...then searched in the html code and somehow widened the text area so that I could upload bigger pics...then I upload the pics to my server and post the link up but in the html I have to change the width from 400px to 600px...LOL! I'm so sorry if that doesn't make sense!! It's my trial and error way of doing it! I'm SURE there is an easier way! ha! :)
