BarlowGirl ::: Tour

Last month, I went on tour with my cousins, Barlowgirl, and documented them for close to a week! It was quite the trip with 4 stops over to weekend to: West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and New York. The tour was so fun and had so many awesome people a part of it! It felt like one big family! My cousins are my best friends too and living so far away from them is hard sometimes...so getting to spend quality time was much needed! Since I've been shooting them for the past 5 years I didn't shoot a ton of traditional concert pics...but here are some of my favorites!! And here is a ***SLIDESHOW***

Jordan Christy ::: Life

Last year I did a shoot for an up and coming author Jordan Christy. I flew down to Nashville to do the shoot and we hit it off well, as the book she was working on was a guide for living for girls, which I have always had on my heart in having a young women's ministry back in Chicago and writing on my "Dear Natalie" blog! We definitely had a ton to talk about!
Now a year and a half later she is a mom and an accomplished author of the book, "How to be a Hepburn in a Hilton World." She's been featured on Good Morning America as well as tons of other media outlets! I'm sooo proud of her!!
She asked me for some new pictures and of course now that I live in Nashville in was much easier to come by! ha! She is stunning and was probably a super model in another life so it was definitely an amazingly easy shoot!
Check out the ***SLIDESHOW HERE*** and down below are some of my favs!

Marisha ::: Life

On Sunday, my friends and I headed downtown Franklin, TN... which if you have never been there you are missing out big time! It is an adorable little town with little boutique shops and the cutest homes everywhere that I have to keep from drooling over. Right outside of town there is an old historic graveyard that is from the 1800s...probably one of the scariest places I've been but rich with places to take pictures! I always thought whenever I heard people taking pictures in graveyards that it was just way too morbid...but for more high fashion stuff I reallllly like the look!! I had my beautiful friend Marisha model while my friends and I shot away! It made for a fun afternoon...even though it was freezing she pulled off the look so well! Check it out!

BarlowGirl ::: Beautiful Ending Video

Earlier this summer, I headed down to Atlanta to document a music video shoot for my cousins band, BarlowGirl! We drove down late one night and I woke up looked out the window of the bus and almost passed out with how gorgeous the place was! We were shooting at the video directors house and it was like we walked into another world! A quarry filled with water with a big house looking like it was just floating on the water and docks lining the entire house. A diving board, water fall and giant cliffs on the other side to jump off of. It was like a fantasy! We shot there the entire day and experienced wonderful hospitality from the Morgan family! At the end of the amazing day a ton of us jumped in the lake with all our clothes on. It was the perfect end to the perfect day!
The video turned out INCREDIBLE btw..and I definitely cried when I first watched it! It was directed by Tim Morgan who is going to be HUGE someday I know! He's already put out incredible projects like the film Volition that I have posted about before!
Check out the video down below as well as some of the favorite pics and ***CLICK HERE*** for the slideshow!!

BarlowGirl ::: Love & War

Earlier this year I did my cousins, BarlowGirl's, promo photoshoot for their latest album. It was quite the shoot and we had a BLAST like always...laughing most of the time for sure and getting some shots in between;) The name of the album is Love & War and we had to combine the two in a shoot...after weeks of brainstorming we came up with incorporating red objects throughout the shoot and making it very whimsical yet bold at the same time. I REALLLLY love the result!! We were thankfully able to use my aunt and uncle's house here in Nashville and then headed over to a horse track for the rest! Definitely one of my most favorite shoots! And I'm so happy to finally release it! Check out the ***SLIDESHOW HERE*** and some of the favorites down below!
