Time to take a stand!

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
I've been in the last couple weeks just talking and worrying about the next election until I realized that, one...that doesn't help anything...two...I haven't been praying for the election or the next president! What a concept! This election is one of THE most important in probably the history of our country....I challenge you guys to reallly spend some time praying that God's will over this entire process will be accomplished! Prayer brings His perfect will here into the earth! Let's get working and not just worrying!!!! :)

Amen to that. Even though I can't vote I'm still praying for God to wake up America and let his will be done. I've been worrying about the elections but God has given me a peace and is telling us to trust him. His thrown will always be higher than any thrown and the white house.

Hey Sarah, great thought!

(I have been posting a prayer guide each day on my blog for the election if you or anyone would like to check it out.)

So can I assume you are in the 50% of evangelicals who are voting for the guy who worked in and with Christian churches to try to help the least of these, my brethern...?

It’s a very scary time for our country. The United States is on the razor’s edge of (potentially) becoming even more of a secular nation. So, as Paul wrote (1 Thessalonians 5:17): "Pray without ceasing."

Holy is the Lord! :)
