Rocky CMLXXXVII
Well my friend and old intern Jamie Delaine is in town for a fun visit and she just got in last night and we've already accomplished so much including the latest installment of Rocky! Yes. This is normal, you should see us when we are actually crazy!
We just finished a 3 mile run out in the what we thought was just 40 degrees but ended up being 30 and freezing rain! FUN!

I love your hair when you bounce, Sarah! It's so funny! Also, I think you're awesome, but wonder what else you're doing. Are you always working out? Is that what you do for fun now?
